Biography

Dr. Ran Hongjuan graduated from Tsinghua University in China in 2010 and has worked at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne as a scientist, the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom as an associate researcher, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China as an assistant professor until 2020. And then, she has been working in the research center of related enterprises, such as the field of intelligent manufacturing.
Since 2024, she works at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, USA. Her research field has expanded from the initial unsteady flow phenomenon and gap cavitation phenomenon in the storage power station to the research on leakage and crack problems in key equipment in the nuclear power field, and the intelligent manufacturing of special equipment in the industrial field.
